Rhinoplasty B&A

This is a lovely patient who had a prior rhinoplasty, a saddle nose deformity due to too much septum being resected before, essentially a nasal collapse and difficulty breathing. We took a rib graft on block and reconstructed her nasal dorsum, and elevated her radix to where she could actually breathe and restore normal dorsal aesthetic lines correcting the saddle nose deformity. She's breathing great and restored her nose closer to the way it was naturally.
